Return Guidelines:

  • Timeframe: You must request a return within 24 hours or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order. Must send us a video of every outer and inner sides of the product when requesting for a return or exchange.
  • Item Condition: Bags must be 100% unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please provide your order number or receipt when requesting a return.
  • Damaged/Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or wrong item, please notify us with a video with all the packaging and slips within 24 hours of delivery for a swift, free replacement.
  • Delivery Charges: Customers are responsible for return & exchange shipping fees unless the item received was defective or incorrect that .
  • Return Payment Refund: After a careful review, we may approve/decline your return request. If we approve, you’ll recieve the product price amount only.
  • Sale Items: Products purchased during clearance sales or at discounted rates are final sale and cannot be returned.
